Building a sun-kissed visual identity for a party at a Palm Springs oasis.

Located at a venue of the same name, Surf Club is a two-weekend daytime disco held in April during Coachella, hosting performances by Polo & Pan, Sammy Virji, Jungle, and more.

The challenge was to build an identity system that was bright, warm, and refreshing, with preference to abstract Mesoamerican art styles and iconography, heavy use of texture and patterns, and bohemian inspired typography. My responsibilities included art direction, brand identity design, digital design, and motion graphics.
